You Bet Your Life with Groucho Marx

Groucho Marx in You Bet Your Life

Groucho Marx was one of three brothers who made several slapstick comedy motion pictures during the dawning age of film. Groucho later had a radio quiz show named 'You Bet Your Life' that was inspired by an improv comedy skit between himself and Bob Hope. After several years on the radio, his quiz show moved to the new technology of television, along with a wooden duck named Julius.
